Google India has leased 6,17,000 square feet of office space at DLF Atrium Place in Gurugram, committing to a rental agreement worth 617 crore over a period of more than 5 years.

The project marks another significant milestone in the company's strategy to strengthen its presence in India's rapidly expanding port and logistics sector.

The office space, measuring 617,448 square feet, has been leased from Atrium Place Developers Private Limited, a joint venture between DLF and Hines. The leased premises span Floors 2 to 16 of Tower 1, with the agreement commencing on October 1, 2025, according to property registration documents accessed by Propstack.

Under the lease agreement, Google will pay a monthly rental of approximately ₹10.55 crore, translating to a lease rate of ₹171 per square foot. The company has also deposited a security amount of ₹63.65 crore. Additionally, the contract includes a 15% rent escalation clause every three years, reflecting the long-term nature of the transaction and the continued appreciation of premium commercial assets in Gurugram.

The transaction represents another milestone in Google's ongoing expansion across India. In 2025, the technology giant leased 5.5 lakh square feet from managed workspace provider Table Space in Gurugram and also renewed its lease for approximately 8.7 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru, highlighting the company's sustained investment in India's rapidly growing technology ecosystem.
